Ukrainian army reports 21 attacks in Donbas in past 24 hours
As many as 21 ceasefire violations have been observed in Donbas in the past 24 hours, the press service of the Anti Terrorist Operation (ATO) headquarters has said.
Maryinka came under attack of 152mm artillery in the Mariupol sector, and grenade launchers and anti-aircraft systems were employed as well, it said. Krasnohorivka and Shyrokyne were attacked by use of anti-aircraft systems, grenade launchers and 82mm and 120mm mortars, and a sniper was active near Maryinka, the press service said.
"In the Luhansk sector, the hostiles fired mortars, grenade launchers and heavy machineguns on Novooleksandrivka, Triokhizbenka, the Kosharna valley, Krymske and Lopaskyne. Besides, a sniper was active in Krymske," the press service said on Facebook.
In the Donetsk sector, heavy machineguns, grenade launchers and mortars fired on the vicinity of Avdiyivka and Luhanske, while 122mm tube artillery was used against Novobakhmutivka, the press service said.
