Day of Ukraine's Defense Industry in NATO scheduled for Nov 30

Acting head of Ukraine's mission to NATO Yehor Bozhok and new NATO Assistant Secretary General for Defense Investment Camille Grand have agreed the plan of further cooperation between Ukraine and the alliance in the military-technical sphere.

"Bozhok and Grand came to the common opinion that in the present conditions of security, when Russia continues aggressive policy against NATO and Ukraine, one of the main directions in military-technical cooperation between our state and the alliance is import substitution," the mission press service said.

The parties separately discussed preparations for the Day of the Defense Industry of Ukraine in NATO scheduled for November 30, as well as a meeting of the joint Ukraine-NATO working group on military-technical cooperation on December 2, 2016.
