Cabinet approves checking e-declarations for responsible state positions by SFS
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has charged the State Fiscal Service (SFS) to carry out data verification of e-declarations of candidates to key government posts in 2016.
According to the decree No. 761 dated October 26, the Ukrainian government has agreed to a proposal to hold in 2016 a special audit by the SFS regarding the reliability of the information specified in the e-declarations of persons applying for positions, involving employment which provides for a responsible or particularly responsible position, and positions with a high risk of corruption.
The resolution says that the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) and the Finance Ministry of Ukraine has applied with the relevant initiative.
