Poroshenko, Biden agree on importance of U.S. engagement in facilitating Minsk implementation
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko informed U.S. Vice President Joe Biden about a recent meeting in the Normandy format in Berlin during a telephone conversation.
Poroshenko and Biden "particularly acknowledged the importance of continuing the policy of actively engaging the U.S. in facilitating the implementation of the Minsk agreements and the restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity," the Ukrainian presidential press service said.
The parties also discussed the course of Ukrainian reforms and their further support by the U.S.
