Roadmap on Donbas may be approved before yearend, implemented from January – source
Leaders of Normandy Four nations may lay out a roadmap of political settlement in eastern Ukraine before the end of the year, a source with the Trilateral Contact Group's political subgroup told Interfax.
"Participants in the Normandy Format are expected to submit their proposals regarding the roadmap before the end of November. It is then planned to first discuss the draft document in the Normandy Format and then to present it to the Contact Group," the source said.
An agreement on the new document may be probably achieved before yearend, the source said.
"Direct implementation of it may start in January 2017," the source said.
