Lutsenko to pass case of Yanukovych and his associates to court by year end
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko has stated he intends to transfer the case on crimes committed by the organized group of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych to court by the end of this year.
"My goal is simple - to transfer the case of Yanukovych and his associates to court by the end of the year... so that it happen not at some time but this year," Lutsenko said at a briefing at the National Academy of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Kyiv.
