The hostiles have been marring the truce in the Stanytsia Luhanska area, which means that conditions for disengagement of forces and hardware have not been met, Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Andriy Lysenko said.

"This proves that disengagement of forces and hardware of the Ukrainian army and the enemy is not possible in this area," Lysenko said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.
