Ukraine does not agree to 'Normandy Four' summit - source from Ukrainian diplomatic circles
Ukraine has not agreed to a meeting of the 'Normandy Four' leaders, a source from the Ukrainian diplomatic circles told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Ukraine has not agreed to participate in a 'Normandy Four' summit. A meeting of the kind will not be held until a roadmap envisaging Russia's compliance with the Minsk security provisions is coordinated," the source close to the negotiations process said.
Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov said earlier that the 'Normandy Four' leaders might meet in Berlin on October 19.
