Rada returns Ukraina Polygraph Combine to Finance Ministry
Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada has approved the return of state-run Ukraina Polygraph Combine printing and publishing plant to the management of Ukraine's Finance Ministry.
A total of 236 lawmakers backed bill No. 4630.
Earlier the plant was managed by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
According to an explanatory note to the bill, the NBU fulfilled alien functions: control over the production of forms for securities and document forms using protective elements and control over the turnover of documents confirming Ukrainian citizenship and some other documents.
