Poroshenko: parliament must decide whether to introduce visa regime with Russia

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko believes the issue of introducing a visa regime with Russia is within the competence of the Verkhovna Rada.

"I am looking forward to a decision from the parliament," Poroshenko told journalists in Kyiv, asked about the prospects of introducing a visa regime with Russia.

The head of state added the issue needs to be discussed with the Ukrainian public.
