Coordinator of NATO-Ukraine Professional Development Program Koziel pays visit to Ukraine
The current state and future prospects of the NATO-Ukraine Professional Development Program are being discussed during a working visit to Ukraine by newly appointed program coordinator Marcin Koziel.
According to the NATO Liaison Office in Ukraine (NLO), a number of meetings are scheduled during Koziel’s trip, including with Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze and Deputy NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Lytvynenko.
"The purpose of the visit is to meet with key Ukrainian governmental officials to discuss the current state and future prospects of a NATO-Ukraine professional training program under the command of a joint NATO-Ukraine working group on a military reform," the statement reads.
The NATO-Ukraine professional training program under NLO began in October 2005 to improve the professional skills of the civil servants of the security and defense sector.
