LPR denies OSCE SMM access in Pervomaisk-Zolote area
The Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) has reported that representatives of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) have denied their observers access in the area of Pervomaisk-Zolote (Luhansk region).
LPR denied OSCE SMM access in Pervomaisk-Zolote area. "Without access, SMM can’t verify compliance with the Minsk agreements," the OSCE said on its Facebook on Monday.
The SMM said that their observers are ready and able to monitor the situation.
