Prosecutor general insists on introducing criminal responsibility for smuggling excisable goods
Smuggling of excisable goods should become a crime, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko has said.
"Smuggling of excisable goods should be punished as a crime," he said at a meeting of the parliamentary committee for legal provision of law enforcement on Wednesday.
