Ukrainian national Zhemchuhov, SBU employee Suprun planned to be exchanged for DPR/LPR supporters on Saturday
Severely wounded Ukrainian Volodymyr Zhemchuhov and SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) employee Yuriy Suprun may be exchanged on Saturday for some supporters of the self-proclaimed republics in Donbas, who had been detained earlier by Kyiv's special services, a source close to the talks on prisoner exchange told Interfax.
Agreements have been achieved to exchange, on September 17, Ukrainian national Zhemchuhov, who was severely injured, and SBU Colonel Suprun, both of whom were detained in the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic and Donetsk People's Republic respectively, will be exchanged for the supporters of the LPR and DPR, the source told the news agency on Friday.
The source didn't specify the number of supporters of LPR and DPR due to be exchanged.
