NSDC to hold meeting on sanctions against Russian companies, individuals - Poroshenko
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has stressed the importance of extending the anti-Russian sanctions, the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) will soon hold a meeting on the issue.
At a NSDC session in Kyiv on Tuesday, Poroshenko said it has been agreed with the government that, "the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council will hold a special meeting to discuss the sanctions against certain legal and physical persons of the Russian Federation," the Ukrainian president's press office said.
"This is done in strict coordination with our partners from the European Union, the United States and partners in the international coalition to support Ukraine," the Ukrainian president said.
