Talks on resolving situation in Donbas may take place in Paris or Berlin
The presidents of Russia and Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Putin, may meet in Paris or Berlin, Ukrainian Foreign Affairs Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said.
"If this brings us a result, then definitely yes," he said on the "1+1" TV Channel answering the question on whether Poroshenko was ready to talk with Putin.
"When we have a chance to reach an agreement, we will surely gather in Paris or in Berlin, and we'll do it fast" the foreign minister said.
