Russian behavior in the world is a global problem that cannot be solved bilaterally
Attempts by the Kremlin to destroy the architecture of European security is a problem for the continent and a global problem, which can't be solved on a bilateral basis, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said.
"Russian behavior in the world, its violations of international law, rights, the attempt by the Kremlin to destroy the architecture of European security, Russian expansionism – this is a problem for the continent and for the whole world. It cannot be solved on a bilateral basis. Ukraine will need extensive foreign assistance in its fight against the Russian aggression. The work of our diplomats to support these efforts, frankly, is becoming more difficult for a number of objective and subjective reasons," Poroshenko said during his annual address to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
