European Parliament's Committee to hear report on Sept 5 on visa-free travel for Ukraine
The European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs will hear a report on September 5 on visa liberalization for Ukraine.
"The Committee will also discuss the report on visa liberalization with Ukraine, together with Deputy Foreign Minister Olena Zerkal," the EP website said in an announcement on Friday.
It also reported that the committee put on the ballot papers and the decision to open inter-institutional negotiations on visa-free travel to the EU citizens of Georgia and Kosovo.
"The reports and the decisions to open the inter-institutional negotiations on allowing nationals from Georgia and from Kosovo to be exempt from holding a visa when travelling in the EU will be voted by the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs on 05.09.16," it said.
