Cache of approx. 2 tonnes of TNT discovered in Donbas prior to Ukraine's Independence Day - SBU
A cache with 75 boxes of TNT, 25kg each, was discovered by the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) in cooperation with servicemen in the Maryinka district of Donetsk region.
According to the current information, the cache of 1,875kg of TNT was organized for the purposes of carrying out sabotage operations at the civil and military facilities of the region prior to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Ukraine's independence, the SBU press center said in a statement published on Monday morning.
Immediate operational investigative measures on these grounds are underway.
