Ukrainian army to have next draft campaign in October-November

The Ukrainian Armed Forces will hold the autumnal draft campaign in October-November of this year, acting head of the Main HR Department - Deputy Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff Volodymyr Talalai said.

"Conscription is planned in October-November," he told a press briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.

Servicemen drafted in the sixth mobilization wave are being discharged, Talalai said, without specifying the discharge timeframe.

Speaking of demobilization, the General Staff representative said it would happen within two months of the publishing of a relevant order by the Ukrainian president.
