There are proposals which can improve security levels in Ukraine - Steinmeier

There are new ideas as to how to improve security levels in Donbas, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said.

"We have proposals which can help improve the security situation in Ukraine," he told students from Ural Federal University.

There is also hope that progress will be made in political dimensions of the Ukrainian settlement process, the minister said.
