Kyiv appeals court delays review of Yefremov arrest until Aug 10
Kyiv City's Court of Appeals has delayed until 15:00 on Wednesday August 10 its review of a complaint by the defense lawyers for leader of the former Regions Party parliamentary faction Oleksandr Yefremov, who last week was remanded into custody by Kyiv's Pechersk District Court.
Interfax-Ukraine reports that the corresponding decision was taken on Monday because the petition by Yefremov's lawyers to the appeals court was received only on August 8.
