Plotnytsky shell-shocked badly, but injuries not life-threatening
Ihor Plotnytsky, the head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, was badly shell-shocked in a bomb attack this morning, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening, a source at a hospital in Luhansk told Interfax.
"The head of the republic has had to a barometric shock and a severe concussion. The injuries are not thought to be life-threatening," the source said.
