Kuchma joins Trilateral Contact Group meeting in Minsk on Wednesday via Skype

Ukraine's envoy to the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbas, the second president of independent Ukraine Leonid Kuchma (1994-2005) is taking part in a group meeting in Minsk on Wednesday via Skype, Kuchma's press secretary Darka Olifer said.

"A Trilateral Contact Group meeting has begun in Minsk. Leonid Kuchma is taking part in the group's work via Skype," she wrote on Facebook on Wednesday.

The recent Trilateral Contact Group meeting was in Minsk a week before, on July 27. Kuchma also used Skype to participate in the group's work.
