Poroshenko set for first official visit to Malaysia, followed by state visit to Indonesia
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will take his first official visit to Malaysia on August 3-5, 2016.
"The agenda of the first visit in the history of bilateral relations of the two countries includes meetings with Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Razak and other Malaysian leaders," the presidential administration's press service said.
On August 5-7, the Ukrainian president is scheduled to make a state visit to Indonesia, where he will meet with President of Indonesia Joko Widodo, Speaker of the People's Representative Council Ade Komarudin and the Head of Yogyakarta Sultanate.
Business forums will be held as part of these two visits. The parties are scheduled to sign a series of bilateral documents aimed at the enhancement of cooperation, the press service said.
