OSCE envoy Sajdik calls on parties to Donbas conflict to implement all Minsk commitments by year's end
Martin Sajdik, the Special Representative of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), has called on the conflicting parties in Donbas to implement all Minsk agreements by the end of this year.
"We must try to carry out these agreements as early as this year," Sajdik told journalists in Minsk on Wednesday after a meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group which mediates the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
