Ukrainian, Polish defense ministers agree to create military and technical cooperation working group
Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak and Polish National Defense Minister Antoni Macierewicz signed a protocol between Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers and the Polish government amending the agreement between the governments of the two countries in military and technical cooperation in Warsaw on Saturday.
According to a posting on the website of Ukraine's Defense Ministry, the protocol was signed at a meeting of the two ministers as part of the NATO Summit.
"The protocol envisages the creation of a military and technical cooperation working group. This working group will act as part of the Ukrainian-Polish intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation. The protocol regulates military and technical cooperation, which helps to determine promising projects of the two countries' cooperation in the area," the ministry said.
