Kerry notes Ukraine's progress in Donbas election law
Ukraine has made progress in drafting a law on elections in Donbas, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has already made serious progress in the issue of elections and amnesty, focusing on the political aspects of decentralization, Kerry said at a joint press briefing with Poroshenko in Kyiv on Thursday, when answering reporters' questions.
