Poroshenko enacts NSDC's decision on implementation of 2016 state order
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) on the state of the implementation of the council's decision regarding the key indicators of the 2016 state order.
President's decree No. 292/2016 dated July 4, 2016 was published on the president's website on Monday.
"According to Article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine I order to enact the decision of the National Security and Defense Council dated May 20, 2016 on the state of the implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council dated January 27, 2016 regarding the key indicators of the 2016 state order enacted by president's decree No. 40 dated February 5, 2010 (secret document attached)," reads the document.
NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov is responsible for the implementation of the NSDC's decision.
The decree took effect from the moment of its publication.
