Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has authorized Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov to sign an agreement between Ukraine and the European Police Office (Europol) on operational and strategic cooperation.
According to the presidential decree of July 2, 2016, Avakov is also authorized to sign a memorandum of understanding between Ukraine and the European Police Office for Privacy and Information Assurance.
By his another decree dated July 1, 2016 the president authorized Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Ihor Zhdanov to sign the Convention of the Council of Europe on comprehensive approach to security, safety and services during football matches and other sport events.
