Ukraine publishes constitutional amendments concerning judicial system

A law on amending the Ukrainian constitution regarding the judicial system was published in the parliamentary newspaper Holos Ukrainy No. 118 on Thursday.

The document is dated June 29, 2016.

The document's final and transitional provisions stipulate that the constitutional amendments shall take effect three months after the day of the law's official publication, i.e. June 30, except for the provision regarding Ukraine's recognition of the International Criminal Court's jurisdiction, which shall take effect in three years.
