Poroshenko fires Ambassador to Turkey Korsunsky - decree
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Serhiy Korsunsky from the post of Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Turkey.
The president signed a relevant decree on June 18.
As reported, Korsunsky was appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey by the decree of the then President of Ukraine Viktor Yuschenko in July 2008. Earlier Korsunsky headed the Economic Cooperation Department in the Foreign Ministry.
In August 2014 Poroshenko awarded Korsunsky the rank of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.
