A meeting of the "Normandy Four" leaders, namely President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, President of France Francois Hollande, Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, could take place in early July before the NATO summit in Warsaw, according to the Ukrainska Pravda edition, with reference to German edition Stuttgarter Zeitung.
"A meeting of the heads of state must pass before the NATO summit on July 8-9 to reduce tension," reads a statement.
The publication writes Merkel has recently made a number of remarks as for a lack of progress in the Minsk process. In this regard a new meeting of the heads of state should be held.
