Poltorak to meet NATO Secretary General and U.S. Defense Minister on Wednesday
Ukraine's Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak will take part in Ukraine-NATO committee meeting in Brussels (Belgium) on June 14-15.
Poltorak went to NATO Headquarters on June 14 to participate in a meeting of the Ukraine – NATO committee on ministerial level, the press service of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine reported on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, June 15, Ukrainian Defense Minister will meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter. Poltorak will also take part in the meeting of Ukraine – NATO committee.
During the visit a series of bilateral meetings between Poltorak and the defense ministers of Georgia, Romania, Portugal, Bulgaria and Poland is planned, the press service said.
