"Infrastructure that needs to be restored in the first place requires UAH 5.8 billion (UAH 1.73 billion in Donetsk region and UAH 4 billion in Luhansk region). In 2016, UAH 227 million are allocated for these purposes," according to the plan, which was approved and published on the government's official website on June 10.
