Poroshenko proposes dismissal of CEC chair Okhendovsky and 11 CEC members
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has proposed to dismiss 12 members of the Central Election Commission, including its chairman Mykhailo Okhendovsky.
Draft decree No. 4789 suggests that Okhendovsky as well as Tamara Astakhova, Yuriy Danylevsky, Ihor Zhydenko, Tetiana Lukash, Andriy Mahera, Bronislav Raikovsky, Zhanna Usenko-Chorna, Oleksandr Chupakhin, Yulia Shvets, Oleksandr Shelestov, and Valeriy Sheludko should be dismissed as their term of office has expired.
