We need to integrate into one policeman the functions of investigator and interrogator," the press service of the ministry quoted Interior Minister Arsen Avakov on the official Facebook page on Wednesday.
The Interior Ministry plans to delegate investigation of minor offenses to district policemen who will turn into multi purpose policemen.
