Russia doing everything to disrupt peace plan to settle situation in Donbas - Turchynov
Russia has no intention of fulfilling the [Minsk] peace accords to settle the situation in Donbas and is working on new schemes of warfare, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov has said.
"Now we have "Black May," because we are suffering very large losses in eastern Ukraine. There are a lot of dead heroes and a lot of wounded. All this shows Russia is not going to fulfill the peace plan and is doing everything to disrupt it," he told reporters after having presented the colors to the Ukrainian National Guard's rapid response brigade in the village of Starychi in Kyiv region.
