Case against ex-Minister of Justice Lukash will be resumed – Lutsenko
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko has said criminal proceedings against former Minister of Justice Olena Lukash will be resumed after receiving documents from a state institution.
"If I were Lukash I would not be happy with the decision to suspend the probe. This is a temporary measure. We are waiting for a response from a state institution, after which the criminal investigation will be continued lawfully," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
