Poroshenko: restoration of Ukrainian control over state border is key issue for implementing Minsk accords

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has stressed the issue of restoration of Ukrainian control over the state border is the key one for the implementation of the Minsk agreements.

"The issue of borders is the key one in the context of implementation of the Minsk agreements," Poroshenko said during the events dedicated to the Day of Border Guard of Ukraine.
