Kremlin speaks about lack of new elements on Savchenko's possible swap for Russians convicted in Ukraine
The Kremlin does not have new information regarding the future of Russians Alexander Alexandrov and Yevgeny Yerofeyev convicted in Ukraine, on the one side, and Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko, on the other side.
"There are still no new elements, and I have nothing to add. Certainly, the exchange of opinions on this score, about the future of the mentioned citizens, took place, and we have spoken about this. But, however, I have nothing new to say," Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Tuesday, when he was asked to comment on the reports that a decision on the future of Alexandrov, Yerofeyev and Savchenko has slowed down for some reasons.
