Ukraine's Cabinet appoints Vakarash as deputy ecology minister
Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Viktor Vakarash to the post of deputy minister of ecology and natural resources - chief of the ministry's staff.
The government passed relevant resolution No. 322 dated on April 27.
According to open sources, since March 2014, Vakarash has served as director of economic and financial department of the Cabinet's secretariat.
From July 2006, he served as first deputy chairman of Kyiv Regional State Administration, from May 2009 as its acting chairman and from September of the same year to March 2010 as head of Kyiv Regional State Administration.
