Poroshenko appoints Oleksiy Dniprov as chief of presidential administration's staff
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed Oleksiy Dniprov as chief of presidential staff.
The respective decree No. 188/2016, effective from April 29, 2016, was posted on the president's official website.
Poroshenko earlier dismissed Dniprov as deputy chief of presidential administration in decree No. 187/2016.
In addition, Poroshenko appointed Oleksiy Horaschenkov as his aide on April 29, issuing a respective decree.
