Romanian president underlines importance to strictly adhere by Minsk Agreements

Romania stands for full implementation of the Minsk Agreements to settle the situation in the east of Ukraine.

"I stressed the importance of a full immediate implementation of the Minsk Agreements," Romanian President Klaus Iohannis said at a joint press conference in Bucharest on Thursday.

He added that Romania backs sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Besides, Iohannis underlined the importance of further implementation by Ukraine of crucial reforms on the path to European integration.
