The house of disgraced Ukrainian businessman Dmytro Firtash in Vienna (Austria) has been raided by police, Ukrainian Ambassador to Austria Oleksandr Scherba has said.
"Firtash's house in Vienna was raided by the police. The raid lasted for three hours. It is likely that there are new charges. This time from Germany, not from the U.S.," he wrote on his Twitter page on Wednesday.
Austria's APA news agency reported that the raid was conducted as part of the provision of legal assistance under a request of Germany.
