Justice Ministry posts list of positions, persons in prosecutor's office subject to law on lustration
Ukraine's Ministry of Justice has published a list of 357 positions in the prosecutor's office to be lustrated, as well as a list of persons holding the posts who are subject to the law on lustration.
"Some 357 lustration posts have been defined in the prosecutor's office, 486 people had held them over four years, 402 persons come within the provisions of the law on lustration, which is the reasons for applying lustration to them. This is a mere 2% of the prosecutor's office staff. But these 2% were those responsible for providing the decisions and activities of the prosecutor's office," the director of the lustration department at the Justice Ministry, Tetiana Kozachenko, wrote on her Facebook page.
These documents have been posted on the special Justice Ministry website http://lustration.minjust.gov.ua
