Poroshenko appoints Dmytro Kuleba permanent representative of Ukraine in Council of Europe
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Dmytro Kuleba as Permanent Representative of Ukraine in the Council of Europe.
The head of state signed the corresponding decree on April 9, according to the presidential press service.
Until recently Kuleba has been special envoy of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
