Dutch government to decide on Ukraine's association with EU by April 12 – Kuleba
The government of the Netherlands will decide the fate of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union by April 12, Ukrainian Ambassador-at-Large Dmytro Kuleba has said.
"Between April 6 and 12, we will learn the fate of the association agreement in the Netherlands," Kuleba told reporters on Tuesday.
According to him, despite the fact that the vote will take place on April 6, its final results will be announced on April 12, after the examination of all complaints and appeals.
Earlier on Tuesday, April 5, Head of the European Union Delegation in Ukraine Jan Tombinski said that he expected a report from the Dutch parliament concerning the results of the referendum on Thursday, April 7.
As reported, the Dutch parliament has completed the ratification of the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement in July last year. The Netherlands will hold an advisory referendum on the agreement on April 6.
