Ukrainian servicewoman and parliamentarian Nadia Savchenko has announced a termless thirst strike starting April 6. She demands her immediate transfer under guard to Ukraine.
"As a response to the criminal actions of the Russian authorities against me and against Ukraine, I declare a termless dry strike beginning from April 6, 2016. I demand to immediately bring me back to Ukraine. I ban my transfer under guard to any place, except for Ukraine," reads a letter written by Savchenko and posted by her lawyers in the social networks on Monday.
