Poroshenko enacts sanctions against 84 individuals on Sentsov-Savchenko list
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has enacted a resolution by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine concerning the application of individual special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) with respect to individuals involved in the cases against Nadia Savchenko, Oleh Sentsov and Oleksandr Kolchenko.
The president signed relevant decree No. 121/2016 on Tuesday. The sanctions are imposed on 84 individuals, whose names and positions, along with the justification for the application of sanctions and the type of sanctions, are listed in an enclosed annex.
